Personal or Single-Use License

Personal or Single-Use License allows you to use downloaded assets for a personal project (either your personal site or a client site) and are subject to one-time use. It’s prohibited to use this type of license for end products for sale or distribution or in business transactions.

Business License

Business License allows you to use downloaded assets for commercial projects that include using it on multiple sites.

Free Products

You can use free assets according to Personal and Commercial Licenses.

General terms of License

Spacebar Agency will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources.

You are not required to attribute or link to Spacebar Agency in any of the projects you create using Spacebar Agency products.

Copyright

Even if you’re able to include or use any of Spacebar Agency plugins under a Business license, you’re not able to assign the authorship of the purchased product as your own. You only get the license that allows you to use the asset only as specified in this license agreement terms.

Prohibitions

You do not have the right to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license Craftwork products.

You are not allowed to offer the file downloaded to any third party. If you are creating end-products for sale or for free distribution, they shouldn’t include the instructions or ability to duplicate the Spacebar Agency asset.

You are not allowed to permit an end-user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.

If we suspect you do not comply with this agreement and the terms of using our service, we have the right to block your account and close access to the products without a refund and clarification of the circumstances.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace the License Terms at any time. The changes to the License will start to affect your next subscription period.

We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any moment without reason explanation.
